Either you're selling or you're not. It's like someone being pregnant. If someone was interested enough to make a great offer, I'll sell it. Lower and I probably won't. Just a complete guess but if it was part of a drum corps perhaps they had a bunch of identical mouthpieces numbered so you would know which is yours?

I think a smaller one for a narrow slide might be good for a small horn. As for all the different sizes, I'm confused as well, because the largest is still not quite as long as the Yamaha strap. I bought the large bass version. Here's how I use them: https://i.imgur.com/O6RixAF.jpg https://i.imgur....

Legit question. I’ve got some measurements from the shop, but am curious as to your findings and measurements on backbone, and rim shape. What are your opinions. BT2 players are welcome as well.

What's the horn? I use a strap on one horn and a Neotech on another. Also, the leather specialties strap is miles better than the Yamaha. Hi, I have a really nice Jupiter X0, double, independent trigger bass trombone with Thayer valves. I love the trombone but the valves are a PIA. The second trigger, in particular, is always sticking. But they told me that the pricing is going to be in the $6K range, which puts them almost up there with the German made instruments and well above something like the Packer 374, which is a really nice instrument for around $4K. $6k is quite a high price. More than likely, Yamaha made him an offer to be a Yamaha Artist and he excepted. I think we all would if given the opportunity. I remember hearing a story (obviously can't prove it) that JJ wanted a new horn for whatever reason, so he went to King since he was an artist. The guy at King didn't rea...
